01Overview

These terms govern the relationship between LRA Ventures B.V. ("LRA Ventures", "we", "us") and any customer, partner, or visitor that uses our website or engages our services, including the Lyra AI product.

By accessing this website, contacting us, or entering into any agreement with us, you accept that the conditions below apply.

02Applicable general terms

All offers, quotations, agreements, and services provided by LRA Ventures B.V. are governed by the NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025 (NLdigital Terms and Conditions 2025), the standard general terms of the Dutch digital sector trade association.

The NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025 are deemed part of every agreement we enter into. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the NLdigital Voorwaarden, the NLdigital Voorwaarden prevail unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

03Scope of services

LRA Ventures provides Lyra AI, an agentic orchestration framework for businesses, together with the deployment, configuration, training, and ongoing support services that accompany it.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are described in a separate written quotation or agreement signed between the customer and LRA Ventures.

04Website use

• This website is provided for general information about LRA Ventures and Lyra AI. We make every effort to ensure the information is accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date at all times.
• The content of this website (text, design, code, and logo) is the property of LRA Ventures B.V. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the content of this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

05Customer data

Where we process customer data on behalf of a customer in the course of providing the Lyra AI service, we act as a processor under the GDPR. A separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) will be entered into between LRA Ventures and the customer.

Our handling of personal data collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy.

06Liability

Liability of LRA Ventures is governed and limited by the NLdigital Voorwaarden 2025. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under Dutch law.

07Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any agreement between LRA Ventures and a customer are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, unless mandatory law dictates otherwise.

08Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. For existing customers, material changes will be communicated in writing.
