LRA Ventures was founded at the end of 2025 by Robson, Lucas, and Avishai. Over the past 20 years, the three founders have implemented technology inside hundreds of businesses across logistics, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and other traditional industries.
The pattern was always the same. Companies full of operational expertise, held back by manual processes, legacy systems, and the constant noise of new technology promising transformation that never arrives. The opportunity was clear. The path wasn't.

Robson has spent the last decade implementing AI and other advanced technologies in real production environments. He ensures Lyra is built on the right technology foundations and delivered with the performance, reliability, and security that serious operations demand.

Lucas has been working alongside Avishai since 2016, with deep expertise across complex business workflows.
